I saw this place on the map which had a very low price, my first thought it's a glitch but I tried it anyway. Then later on, I got a call from the hotel saying that it was their mistake in pricing, then they asked for my bank account to make an immediate refund. Yet till this very afternoon, I still haven't received the refund & there's no further follow up regarding the issue. It was a very disappointing experience, even though I personally haven't had any experience in staying but from this incident, I can only assume that the management can't even give a fair treatment to their customer. I hope they could get better in their service & prioritize their customer more.

During my recent visit to Yogyakarta, I had the pleasure of visiting at Java Village Resort, a peaceful retreat located on the outskirts of the city. This resort truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and cultural ambiance.
From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the traditional Javanese architecture, beautifully blended with modern amenities. I feel incredibly grateful for the special moments my family and I experienced during our stay at Java Village Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality from the entire team.
The Front Office staff greeted us with smiles and ensured a smooth and pleasant check-in. The Housekeeping team was attentive and meticulous in maintaining our room’s comfort, and the F&B Service staff were truly professional, kind, and always ready to assist throughout our meals.
One of the true highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet – an absolute feast! From the variety of live cooking stations, Indomie corner, ice cream station, an array of traditional Indonesian dishes, to the delightful pastries, bakery selections, and kids’ favourites like Coco Crunch and cereals – everything was thoughtfully presented, fresh, and full of flavour.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in Sleman, Yogyakarta, about 8-10 km from the city center. The location offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustling heart of the city, with serene surroundings, a nearby rice field, and a clean river just behind the hotel. The hotel facilities are standard, but the rooms are notably spacious with huge windows that let in plenty of sunshine. Additionally, each room has a balcony with a lovely view of the rice field, enhancing the overall experience. The water heater works well, but the bathroom drainage system could use some improvement, as the floor near the bathroom door is slightly lower, causing water to pool and creating a minor inconvenience. Despite this, my stay was overall pleasant, and I appreciated the tranquility and natural beauty of the area.
